Frequently Asked Questions
Finding the right care for your child is a big step. We're here to help you every step of the way with clarity and compassion.
What can we expect during the first assessment?
The initial visit is focused on building trust. We create a playful, non-intimidating environment where we meet with parents and children to understand your goals and identify the best path forward for your family's unique needs.
Is the program suitable for all age groups?
Our experts specialize in care for children and adolescents ranging from 18 months to 10 years old. Each program module is developmentally tailored to meet your child exactly where they are, using age-appropriate tools and language.
Do you provide remote or telehealth sessions?
Yes! We offer secure, interactive video sessions that incorporate digital arts, games, and storytelling tools. Remote support ensures your child can receive high-quality care from the familiar comfort of their own home.
How long does a typical support program last?
Most of our core programs run between 8 to 12 weeks, but we treat every child as an individual. We conduct mid-program reviews to adjust the frequency and type of support based on the milestones and progress we observe together.
How can I support my child between sessions?
We provide parents with a 'Success Toolbox' after every session. This includes simple daily exercises, conversation prompts, and creative activities that reinforce the skills your child is learning with us in their everyday life.
